J. Carl
Bush, Criminal and Immigration Attorney
Carl’s practice of law has focus on areas
of the law that interest
him. Carl has practiced in United States District Courts, as well as
before the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, focusing on
legal issues surrounding criminal defense, immigration, and employment
discrimination. Carl has also successfully litigated criminal
cases on behalf of various clients, obtaining acquittals or hung juries
in cases where clients were faced with the prospect of spending
virtually the rest of their lives in prison. Among
such
|
clients
have been foreign nationals, for whom
a criminal conviction can mean removal from the U.S. Oftentimes,
criminal behavior will have
immigration consequences, as the two fields of practice are critically
interrelated.
